Hyperice Percussion Massage Gun

Three speeds of powerful multi-directional percussion to help get you back to your performance needs.

To use: move muscle as you move the gun along full length of muscle; breathe throughout treatment; use before or after exercise

Do not use: on bone, open skin/sores, to cause a bruise, if pregnant

Sauna

To help relieve sore and tense muscles, sauna use and stretching after exercise is recommended.

Sauna use two hours before bedtime has been shown to aid your body in its cooling process to maximize sleep benefits in recovery.

Intermittent programmed compression for after exercise, as part of recovery, to increase circulation, promote healing and recovery and reduce pain or soreness.

To use: zip up sleeve fully, attach hose from sleeve to unit,  turn system on, adjust time length, press triangle start button

Do not use if you have any of the following:

  • Acute pulmonary edema

  •  Acute thrombophlebitis

  •  Acute congestive cardiac failure

  •  Acute infections

  •  Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

  •  Episodes of pulmonary embolism

  •  Wounds, lesions, infection, or tumors at or near the site of application

  •  Where increased venous and lymphatic return is undesirable

  •  Bone fractures or dislocations at or near the site of application

VibePlate

VibePlate is designed, using vertical vibration, that enhances the gravity that is already there in order to create the clinical and training compression that we need to excite our nerves, mobilize joints, improve balance and strengthen muscles to enhance our function. 

The entire body vibrates due to the frequency of the platform (ranging from 10-60 hertz), which causes the muscles to contract and stretch in order to sustain balance. Even the most basic exercises will be intensified. Depending on your level of fitness, the duration and frequency of use and body position, results will vary. Low levels of frequency have been proven to help with increasing lymphatic drainage, mid range have helped issues such as osteoporosis, higher ranges can reduce joint pain and enhance muscle strength
